Have your say on the MK City Plan 2050.

MK City Plan 2050, is an important planning document that sets out how Milton Keynes will change and grow in the years ahead.

MKCC are consulting on the draft MK City Plan 2050 from 17 July 2024 until 5pm on 9 October 2024.

The consultation documents are on their website:

Alternatively, copies of the response form, draft MK City Plan 2050, policies maps and Topic Papers are available to view at the main Civic Office at 1 Saxon Gate East and all public libraries in Milton Keynes.

We will consider all comments submitted during this consultation as we prepare the final version of the MK City Plan 2050. We will then invite comments on the final Plan next year and explain how we have taken account of comments received during this consultation.

Seeing the discussion around the MK City Plan 2050 and the various policy maps really shows how complex visual communication can be when trying to digest large volumes of information. While reviewing planning documents, I was actually looking for creative ways to style and present unique design concepts online, which led me to this alien font generator. It turns out to be a super handy tool for generating symbol-based text, exporting animations, and customizing visual styles for web projects. It's always interesting to see how different digital platforms tackle information layout and visual formatting!

Honestly, seeing the MK City Plan 2050 consultation details reminded me of scrolling through planning documents over my morning coffee, trying to make sense of all the policy maps and topic papers. I kind of wish I had more time to dive into that 8.18 MB PDF, but at least I can drop by the Civic Office or any library to check it out in person. Cursed Text Generator
